We purchased a 30 year old home with an original roof so it was reaching the end of its lifespan. Our insurance company obviously agreed and requested that we have it replaced by a certain date to continue with our existing policy. We obtained estimates from four different roofing companies and it was an easy choice to go with In Awe Roofing. There were many things that made them stand out including the fact that they were an established, family owned company, they had numerous positive reviews, a really nice website (don't ask why that's important to me, but it is!! I like to be able to collect as much data/details as I can when making such commitments), they were very cognizant of our timeline (we received a quote within a couple of days as opposed to a week or two with the other owners), their rates were competitive and most important of all was that Rick made it clear from the get-go that he really wanted/valued our business and would work with us to ensure he secured the job. He was personable and accommodating and even when faced with some of the worst weather in recent memory and a shortage of available workers, the guys he employed were so efficient and got the job done (and done well) by the deadline we needed. Very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

I choose 5 different roofers to review, based on recommendations, reviews and reputations. Checked Better Business Bureau, Workers Compensation and information on the internet. Then reviewed each quote and interviewed each sales rep or owner. I had total confidence that Rick could complete the contract in a timely basis and with the promised quality of work based on his professionalism, his knowledge of the roofing business and very competitive pricing. The job was completed to my total satisfaction; on time, quality of work, & attention to detail. Thank-you Rick for a job well done. Note: When one of the workers was absent/sick, Rick picked up the tools and starting working on the roof to make sure the job was completed on time. Upon completion of the job, his crew cleared my entire property of debris, cleaner than its original condition.

Needed to have our 23 year old cedar shake roof replaced and made a few calls to get quotes. One company didn't even call us back and another took a few weeks to finally give us their estimate. Rick from In Awe Roofing called us back the same day and after going up and taking a look at our roof we had an estimate in our hands 3 days later. In Awe Roofing did a great job two years ago when I needed a new roof for our house. So when I needed a new roof for the garage I didn't hesitate to call Rick again. The garage is about 20 x 30 feet, much smaller then the house, but with more rotten areas. Rick and his crew removed the old roof and all the rotten plywood. Everything was completely replaced. They installed a new shingle roof with moss preventer to keep moss from growing back. Despite the challenges, Rick and his crew finished the project on time and on budget. He only charged me for the replacement plywood but not the labour. I also noticed his crew left the area around the garage cleaner then before. Once again, Rick did another great job and exceeded my expectations. I am happy to recommend In Awe Roofing to all friends and family.

In February 2008 during all of the heavy rains, our sky light leaked. I called several roofing companies to come out and look at it. One company said it would take 2-3 weeks. Another company said they will call me back later. I finally looked in the phone book again and came across In Awe Roofing. They came out the next day and did a great job.
