Signs you need to replace your roof before winter

If your roof is 15 to 20 years old by now then it is possible that you might need to replace it before the winter come. But of course that is not always the case and there are roofs that can last for up to 25 years and still function properly. This is a sign that you should definitely not ignore so when it rains be sure to get to the attic and have a good look at your roof. And if you see moisture making its way into the space, then you have a problem that needs to be solved. Keep an eye on wet spots on the ceiling as well as on the walls of your home which are the normal indicators that your roof is leaking. And if your roof is leaking, you might want to replace it before winter comes.
